Will you be listing my property or actually buying it?
We are a professional property investment firm, not an agency. We buy properties that meet our investment criteria. After we purchase the property we either keep and hold it or resell it to other property investors.
How do you determine your cash offers?
We follow a specific process for all of our property purchases. We look at the location of the property, the type of access it has, and the condition. We take many different pieces of information into consideration.
Are there any additional fees or comissions required to do business with your firm?
There are no additional fees or commissions when you sell your property to us. We will make you an offer and if you accept, we buy your property. Often, we will pay for closing costs (delinquent taxes, liens, title examination, title insurance, recording costs, governmental costs). We strive to make the entire process as hassle-free as possible.
are there any obligations once i submit my information?
There are no obligations once you submit your information for consideration. If we are interested in your property, we will make you an immediate cash offer. We may set up a conference call to verify further information or we may simply send you an offer if we are interested and have sufficient information.
How long will it take me to receive an offer on my property, once i submit my information?
We try to send out offers within a minimum of 2 business days. Sometimes it takes less time and for some properties it may take longer.
I have received your offer and i accept. what further steps do i need to take?
